About SVS Google™ Analytics

The SVS Google™ Analytics module is a non-visual utility module that allows DotNetNuke portals to easily add the Google™ Analytics tracking javascript to the pages of your portal.

This module does not perform the actual tracking or reporting, it simply enables a DotNetNuke portal to automatically inject the javascript required by Google™ Analytics so that Google™ Analytics may track your website analytics.

Google™ Analytics is a free service from Google™ and can be found at: Google™ Analytics.

When you sign up for the Google™ Analytics service, you will receive an account code:

• ex: UA-98765-4.

To use SVS Google™ Analytics:

• Install the module through module definitions.
• Place an instance of the module on your 'Home' page (or any page).

In Module Settings:

• Enter your account code (ex: UA-98765-4) that you were given when you signed up for Google™ Analytics.
• Set the module to show on 'All Tabs' so the javascript is automatically injected on every page.
• Uncheck 'Display Container' so the module is invisible to non-admin users.
